The Traveler's Trots

Imagine: You’re enjoying a drive along the curves of the Baja Coast. The salty air from the Pacific and the sweet buzz from your AM surf session are causing you momentary delirium: “Shall I sell all of my belongings, quit my job and move here?” And then there’s a gurgle. And a pop. And a god-awful cramping sensation in your lower abdomen. “Perdon! Driver, can you please pull over, por favor? Like, NOW!”
Damn traveler’s diarrhea. According to the CDC, it's the most common illness among globetrotters - affecting up to 50% (or 10 million) of international travelers per year. No wonder it kills that romantic jetsetter in you every time. But the thought of getting a shot in the butt to avoid unloading a Montezuma's Revenge poop smoothie in a foreign public bathroom is not an option.
Good news, all you go-go girls! Researchers from Johns Hopkins University recently reported that their attempt at creating a needle-f*ree vaccine worked, successfully protecting more than 70% of visitors to Mexico and Guatemala from traveler's diarrhea with, get this, a patch! (The unlucky 30% that still got the Hershey Squirts despite taking the vaccine thankfully experienced less severe illness then they otherwise would have without the vaccine.)
This newsworthy patch protects against Escherichia coli (ETEC) that causes traveler’s diarrhea, as well as non-ETEC causes of ass-plosion. While still in its trial phase, we at BeThree feel the need to tip our sombrero hats in gratitude to these scientific smarties who are helping millions of people stop losing their sh*t on worldwide excursions.
If the trots hit on a trip before the patch is sold over the counter, pick up some Manuka Honey from Ben's Honey - shown to help the body rehydrate itself naturally, giving earlier relief from diarrhea, vomiting, and upset stomachs.
Now who wants to go to Mexico?!

Oh thank god. There's nothing worse than going on a vacay and spending the entire time in the loo!
